Resources
From Flora of Indiana (1940) by Charles C. Deam
Probably a hybrid between Quercus alba and Quercus prinus. I found a large tree Quercus standing in a field about 3 miles east of Medora, Jackson County. It has been found in Lawrence County by Kriebel and in Knox County by Friesner.
