Cal bilabiate, the upper lip 2-toothed, the lower 3-toothed or -lobed; standard ovate; wings obliquely obovate or oblong, auriculate on one side; keel-pet oblong, straight beneath; stamens 10, monadelphous into a closed tube adherent to the claws of the wings and keel; style curved abruptly near the tip; small shrubs with simple or 3-foliolate lvs and yellow fls in terminal racemes or panicles. 90, Old World.
