Indiana University Herbarium, Deam Herbarium (IND)The Department of Biology administers the Indiana University Herbarium (IND). Founded in 1885, the herbarium houses over 155,000 specimens of vascular plants, including the collections of Charles C. Deam on which the Flora of Indiana is based.
