[ On label: 1. Pictured Rocks Lake Superior, June 18,1888; 2. Grayling, Mich, July 10, 1888. Collection no. 2 was disregarded by EGV: "I believe the dates have been switched by whoever copied the label; cf. other sheet from Grayling, June 18, 1888 and immature like the left specime here." ][Ed is almost certainly right that the dates have been switched here. The left had, immature specimen is very likely a duplicate of MICH 1321960, Grayling, June 18,1888, which is similarly immature. Hicks collected a number of specimens from the Pictured Rocks July 6-11, 1888, and the right hand, more mature specimen the therefore from the Rictured Rocks (Alger Co.) and collected July 10, 1888. Only the Alger Co. specimen from this sheet is recorded and barcoded. A.A. Reznicek, 2013.]
