Cultivated alfalfa field on slope. The general color of the field is blue and purple with a generous sprinkling of yellow and light colored flowers. This series of 26 different plants does not quite exhaust the bewildering array of color combinations of. the corollas; e.g. deeper purple flowers occur. This is one of the quite uniform comercial strains with all the plants essentially uniform for maturity, size, winter hardiness, etc. [See label on v0077205WIS] for more info] Color series of cultivated alfalfa [See label for info. on color morphs, 26 different specimens on 6 sheets].
