Unplowed dry prairie, actively and heavily grazed, on S-facing slope of long, E-W-trending, limestone-capped, sandstone ridge. Creeping over small sandstone outcrop. Very local. (Rubus flagellaris Willd. complex.) Young primocanes erect-ascending, short; lflts quite rugose; floricanes prostrate, slender, the flowering shoots erect. Toward E end of site. [Sheet 4 of 5]
