Location Remarks: Thatcher Woods Forest Preserve, Melrose Park. Along 1st. Ave., between Chicago and North Aves. Collected on corner of treeline, near end of parking pullout.
Habitat: Weedy meadow into forest edge
Associated Species: Chrysanthemum leucanthemum var. pinnatifidum, Rudbeckia hirta, Rumex crispus, Cirsium arvense, Trifolium pratense, Erigeron anuus, Quercus sp., Ulmus sp
Description: Tree about 2.5m tall, flowers greenish-yellow. Abundant along forest edge. Milky sap from stems
