Location Remarks: Bunker Hill Prairie (at Sidney Yates Flatwoods) Forest Preserve, Edgebrook (Chicago). West side of Caldwell Ave., 1 mile north of Devon Ave. 60 yds., along bike trail from parking area. Growing along path leading down to river.
Habitat: Edge of path and woods in shrubby area
Associated Species: Fraxinus spp., Quercus rubra, Rhamnus cathartica, Carya cordiformis, Vitis riparia, Viburnum lantana, Dactylis glomerata. Soli-dago sp
Description: Rambling vine-like shrub approximately 9' high. Flowers yellow, just opening
