Description: Occasional biennial; height 10-15 inches; leaves form a basal rosette, linear or linear-lanceolate, cauline leaves linear, alternate; purple rays, white at base; purple stigma lobes.
Reproductive Condition: Flowers and fruit.
Occurrence Remarks: Collected with permission under USDA Forest Service permit number RO-173.
