Habitat: SW-facing, steep slope below gravel driveway in mesquite grassland
Associated Species: Prosopis velutina, Opuntia engelmannii, Bouteloua curtipendula, Aristida ternipes, Amaranthus palmeri, Ipomoea, Pennisetum ciliare
Description: Locally rare shrub, 2.5m; flowers yellow. Not planted but may have been introduced with driveway gravels. Five plants present.
