Locality: United States, Michigan, Luce, 5½ miles SE of McMillan on State Hwy 28, at the Old Flowing Well Roadside Park, Petes Creek.
Habitat: Floodplain. In boggy open spring, with Juncus articulatu, Eutrochium maculatum, Symphyotrichum lanceolatum, S. puniceum, Rumex verticillatus, and Mentha canadensis.

Occurrence Remarks: Frequent. Corolla pink.
