U.S.A., California, San Luis Obispo, Collected in the foothills of the Santa Lucia Mountains between Arroyo de la Cruz and the northern county line, roughly 3.5 km inland from Highway 1.

Habitat:
Localized, but locally abundant and scattered throughout a disturbed grassy wet swale with cattle prints exposing water. Some cattle herbivory observed. Collected in a slightly north facing wet swale.
