Locality: U.S.A., California, San Luis Obispo, Collected in the foothills of the Santa Lucia Mountains between Arroyo de la Cruz and the northern county line, roughly 3.5 km inland from Highway 1.

Verbatim Elevation: ~ 130 m.
Habitat: Localized, but locally abundant and scattered throughout a disturbed grassy wet swale with cattle prints exposing water. Some cattle herbivory observed. Collected in a slightly north facing wet swale.
