Habitat: Main corridor of Empire Gulch is dominated by large wetland grasses and dense Populus fremontii and Salix gooddingii canopy, this transitioned into a drier patch towards the small wash, Sporobolus wrightii along the wash and large Juglans major trees, large headcuts present in wash
Associated Species: Stephanomeria thurberi, Nasturtium officinale, Convolvulus equitans, Populus fremontii, Salix gooddingii, Evolvulus arizonicus, Marrubium vulgare, Bromus carinatus, Juglans major, Rivina humilis, Sporobolus wrightii
