Locality: U.S.A., California, San Diego, Southern Santa Ana Mountains, San Mateo Canyon Wilderness Area. South side of Miller Mountain along ÒMiller CanyonÓ, the major drainage on the southern flank of the mountain, from Road 8S02 upstream to the area of contact between lower granitic and higher basaltic rocks.

Associated Species: With Baccharis salicifolia, Platanus racemosa, Salix lasiolepis as common riparian elements.
