Remnant patch of Los Angeles coastal prairie, with semi-permanent pools & vernal pool remnants (both fed partially by urban runoff but largely dry today), annual grassland, willow woodland, and coastal sage scrub. Former oil field w/gravel service road remnants. Partially revegetated with CA native species which may not be native to site.
Sterile
Scarce, sapling c. 3.5 m tall; probably a root sprout from trees along the road (but inside reserve fence) c. 100 ft. away.
