Locality: United States, New Hampshire, Cheshire, United States: New Hampshire: Cheshire County. Hinsdale: W side of town between Prospect Street and the Connecticut River opposite the Vernon, Vermont, nuclear power plant. 42°47'2"N, 72°30'16"W; 75 m. Remnant natural forest along river with numerous and abundant naturalized species, including Robinia pseudo-acacia, Celastrus orbiculatus, Euonymus alatus, Elaeagnus umbellatus and Lonicera. Native trees include Tilia americana, Prunus serotina, Acer rubrum, Populus deltoides and P. grandidentata, Quercus rubra, Q. velutina and Pinus strobus. Thickets, forested areas and margins of forest below long-abandoned (tracks removed) railroad right-of-way. Shrubs 1-3 m tall; fruit immature, green.
