Locality: United States, Arkansas, Logan, Arkansas Valley. Scattered High Ridges and Mountains Ecoregion. USGS Blue Mountain 7.5' Quad. Mt. Magazine. Signal Hill. Along access road leading from Mt. Magazine Rd. to utility building.

Verbatim Elevation: 2660 ft.
Habitat: Roadside through high elevation hardwood forest.
Description: Fresh flowers white to pink with pink venation. Calyx lobes half or more as long as corolla tubes.
Reproductive Condition: flower
Preparations: Herbarium Sheet 1 of 1.
Occurrence Remarks: 130+ stems in at least 5 colonies along this road, mostly on the E side. A. androsaemifolium also collected on Mt. Magazine on same trip (see Witsell 15-0341).
