[Label note:] Rcvd. via Gary Buckingham, Div. of Plant Industry. --[Commentary ann.:] FBCL=Florida Biological Control Laboratory (Insect Quarantine Lab). This plant material was sent in to the FBCL with insects (midges: Chironomidae). According to the literature this is a non-flowering strain of Hydrilla verticillata. Dup. deposited at PIHG. Information per Dr. Gary Buckingham, Div. of Plant Industry, Gainesville. Kent D. Perkins, FLAS. 18 September 1992.
