Null Georeference: FS Road 578 is west of Cayton Campground, but locality data indicates specimen was collected along FS Road 578, east of Cayton Campground.
Growing in sandy-loam in a spruce-fir forest; scattered yellow-flowered herbaceous perennial (1-1.5 feet tall). Donated (1996) to the Illinois Natural History Survey (ILLS) by the National Center for Agricultural Utilization Research, Peoria, Illinois (USDA, NCAUR). 5649.
