United States, Michigan, Jackson, Bayley's Fen
Narrow fen at base of Quercus sp. Dominated upland. Water appears to seep out from base of upland and creates tranition/wooded fen zone at base. Heavily invaded by Typha angustifolia; some Phalaris arundinacea and Persicaria sp., but not much else; about 70m south of woodline; heavily degraded area.
Flowers -NA.Scattered in area; about 1-3 plants per sq. m for 5 sq. m; none in flower; about 20-40 cm tall.
