Habitat: Inundated and dominated by Typha latifolia and Carex stricta. Located at west end of fen, area is farily diverse, but appears stressed. Dasiphora fruticosa present but dying. Mentha canadensis and Verbena hastata very common. Carex aquatilis dominated area with abundant Eutrochium maculatum, Pycnanthemum virginicum, and Solidago altissima. Other species include Carex lasiocarpa, Solidago patula, and Lycopus uniflorus. In north arm of open portion of fen.
