Georeference Remarks:
15 miles due north of Pennrose would still be in Freemont County. I am assuming the milage is via HWY 115 which places the point in El Paso County. I moved the UTM from the HWY at 15 miles southeast to an east slope at 6400 ft and increased the CV to 5
