Habitat: Steep grassy hillside above canyon; pine-oak woodland.
Associated Species: Quercus, Pinus, Juniperus deppeana, Arbutus, Aristida ternipes.
Description: Perennial forb, 80 cm; leaves hairy, oblong, bright green; pods furry.
Occurrence Remarks: MDE (Madrean Discovery Expedition).
