Habitat: Along wide wash between hills, sandy soil; with Parkinsonia florida, Psorothamnus spin., Ambrosia salsola, Chilopsis lin., Senegalia, Petalonyx thurberi, Ericameria paniculata, Tetracoccus hallii, Hyptis emoryi, Olneya, Phoradendron cal., etc.
Description: Uncommon prostrate annual. Presumably germinated after floods/thunder storms of 19 Jul.
Reproductive Condition: Flowering & Fruiting
