Description:
Perennial herb with gray-green leaves that lie dorsi-ventrally on soil surface; individuals locally numerous: mostly past flowering; herbage, especially inflorescence with strong pungent metallic odor; pulp of tuber starchy, bland, with very little afterlaste; banner white, wings blue-purple, keel dull purple-green; photos.
