[Although the perigynia do appear nerved at this stage at least, 2 staminate spikes are present on all culms, the lowest bracts and culm lvs. Are mostly much shorter than inflorescence, the widest lvs. Are over 4 mm, which would be very broad for C. lenticularis, the anthers are up to 2.6 mm long, large for C. lenticularis. -- AAR81]
