Habitat: On dry hills.
Description: In fruit and late flower. The flowering specimens are depauperate. Up to 3 feet tall. Root deep, but probably not perennial.

Occurrence Remarks: On dry hills. In fruit and late flower. The flowering specimens are depauperate. Up to 3 feet tall. Root deep, but probably not perennial. Growing with several plants of Argemone hispida. No evidence of hybridization.
