Associated Species: Prosopis velutina, Vachellia constricta, Gossypium thurberi, Atriplex canescens, Sphaeralcea sp., Salsola tragus, Disakisperma dubium, Eragrostis lehmanniana, Hilaria belangeri, Bothriochloa barbinodis, Bouteloua hirsuta, Bouteloua gracilis.
Description: Annual forb; phyllaries and some leaves with oil glands; phyllaries turning red with age.
Occurrence Remarks: PAPAZ.
