Locality: United States, Texas, Tarrant, Fort Worth, General Collection Area: All Saints' Episcopal School property, pasture area between I-20 frontage road and Normandale St., beginning ~90m east of guardshack and continuing east for ~350m.

Habitat: Full sun; rock outcrop in an open pasture previously grazed by cattle.
Substrate: Dry, silty substrate.
Description: Small bunchgrass less than 15 cm tall, perennial with runners extending laterally, roots fibrous; leaves 1-2mm wide; dioecious, female has burr-like ovary at center of base.
