Locality: United States, Florida, Miami-Dade, United States: Florida: Miami-Dade County. Coconut Grove: The Kampong of the National Tropical Botanical Garden, 4013 S. Douglas Road. Plot J-7. On south side of main driveway just before the Barbour Cottage. Cultivated in botanical garden. Leaves dark green and glossy above, paler below. Spathe greenish white, becoming yellowish-white with age. Spadix white. Fruit maturing yellowish-orange.
