Locality: United States, Florida, Okeechobee, United States: Florida: Okeechobee County. Ca. 10 mi. N of Okeechobee in N central part of S5, T36S, R35E. Arnold's farm, from Okeechobee: N on US 441, W ca. 2 mi. on Potter Rd., farm is off dirt road from Potter Rd. Disturbed woodlands, large plants get eaten down to seedlings in enclosed area where goats are grazed; cattle previously grazed in the area only ate the fruit. Herb or shrub; locally aggressive weed. Flowers white; fruit spherical, mottled green, light green and cream.

Occurrence Remarks: [Label note:] Brought in for id. by Rob MacKay and Michael Porter, Vet. Medicine --[Label note:] Suspected as the cause of illness in the goats.
