Habitat: Pine-oak woodland along riparian canyon.
Associated Species: Pinus ponderosa, Pinus discolor, Juniperus deppeana, Quercus hypoleucoides, Quercus arizonica, Populus fremontii, Platanus wrightii, Rhus aromatica, Vitis arizonica, Amorpha fruticosa, Cercocarpus sp., Toxicodendron radicans, Garrya wrightii, Bouvardia ternifolia, Rubus sp.
Description: Rhizomatous perennial graminoid; inflorescence appearing lateral.
Occurrence Remarks: Duplicates to ARIZ, ASC.
