Bordered on north by woodland as well as on southern edge, but southern edge has a railroad and nearby row-crop agriculture. Typhaspp. appear to be heavily impacting fen. Prairie-like portion of fen. Ground moist, but not inundated. Dasiphora fruticosa, Pycnanthemum virginicum, Cornus sericea, Solidago altissima, and Carex tetanica common. Many old Schoenoplectus acutus culms in area. About 10m south of shrubs and 70m south of woodland. About 50m west of Eaton Rd.
