Elevation: 314 meters (1030ft)
Habitat: Fen on county and private land and managed by The Nature Conservancy. Grand River travels through center of fen (4m wide). Near river area dominated by Cyperaceae, Typha, and Dasiphora fruticosa; shrubs of Rubus and Cornus near woodland upland edges. Most northeastern portion of prairie fen, 300m west of Patch Road, 30m west of Grand River, water lily and Typha area, 10m east of upland woods and 100m south of Northern border. Area is Carex dominated with Asteraceae and both Onoclea sensibilis and Thelypteris palustris ferns, ground hummocky and wet.
