Habitat: Pinon pine open westsouthwest-facing steep slope.

Associated Species: Gutierrezia sarothrae, Comandra umbellata subsp. pallida, Castilleja linariifolia, Ericameria nauseosa var. juncea, Rhus trilobata var. simplicifolia, Artemisia bigelovii, Pinus edulis, Xylorhiza tortifolia var. imberbis.
Description: Locally frequent mat-forming perennial with woody-like branched roots, flowers white, collected at 5 pm.
