Habitat: Riparian corridor through oak & mesquite grassland.
Associated Species: Prosopis velutina, Juniperus deppeana, Populus fremontii, Quercus arizonica, Quercus oblongifolia, Rhus virens, Baccharis salicifolia, Morus microphylla, Fendlera rupicola, Fouquieria splendens, Agave palmeri, Cynodon dactylon.
Description: Perennial shrub, 80 cm; flowers dark purple.
