Habitat: Oak grassland. Most abundant in disturbance areas (i.e. roadsides, powerlines & pipelines). Grass species include Stipa comata, Chondrosum hirsutum, Schizachyrium scoparium and others. Linaria vulgaris common under oak canopy.

Occurrence Remarks: Nature Conservancy - AFA.
