Habitat: Other plants in area: broad beech and Christmas ferns, trillium, climbing magnolia, maples, spicebush. Other plants seen on roadside: bedstraw, poison ivy, virginia creeper, pawpaw, redbud. Small yellow and large purple clover. Buckeye, greenbrier, Valerianella stenocarpa. Large population.
